For Box One braking we’ve limited the use of our Oversized Technology to the V area since the BMX Brake levers need to be minimalist and largely act as a remote for the V-Brakes. To reduce lateral deflection at the V we chose to enlarge the pivot areas and arms while tightening tolerances at their interfaces. We transferred material from unloaded sections to reinforce these zones of high stress.
