The product is perfect size & well-made. The customer service was excellent. I thought it was lost. I didn’t know, but item arrived on time to my neighbor’s mailbox (postal error). I reached out to company asking for tracking info and they immediately offered to send replacement. Luckily my neighbor brought my package over soon after, so I didn’t double order the item.
