Beautiful frame, but very fragile. Hit the corner while hanging and it shattered into pieces. Not even salvageable. Very disappointed, especially since it is not an inexpensive frame.Had to get a replacement shipped - first one had corner broken while shipping. Compressed wood frame means its pretty flimsy for what it appears to be.This frame worked perfectly for my old print that I wanted to get a better frame for. The reason for four versus five stars is because it was not very easy to open and put the picture in. modern frames have become easy to use and this one was not.I used the frame only because I needed to. If I had the time to buy another one I would have. I thought it had a glass cover for the picture it was plastic which I hate. The frame itself is lso plastic.Terrible product cheap, cheap, cheap not sturdy at allExactly as described. We took it out of the package, popped our art work in it, and hung it on the wall. We were all done in about 15 minutes. Just the way things should be, thank you!This frame arrived broken. I needed it so bad, I tried to glue the broken piece back together, but the more I tried to fix the frame, the more it broke apart. A complete waste of money.This frame is absolutely what I was looking for, looks very rich. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 is because the frame was delivered cracked completely through / frame broken. Box was in bad condition when item was delivered / Bubble wrapping was also loose.I had this delivered & it sat in my studio for a couple of weeks undisturbed since I was unwell. Had it been opened sooner it would have been returned immediately. I do not like or want to give negative reviews but this frame was a complete & sorry disappointment.Corners coming apart, finish looks very dull & unfinished rather than intentionally shabby, or an antique finish.It is really just not up the quality I had expected from buying details, or for the price.Some of the issues might have been caused in shipping however, since whilst the frame was well bubble wrapped (👍) the box it was placed in was so big & without further padding it might well have been thumped around inside it which might account for the corners not being perfect & the overall poor frame i found upon opening perhaps?It did arrive pretty swiftly such a shame the frame was not up to scratch.Absolutely delighted with this. It sets off this sketch for my friend perfectly. Superb quality, customer service and attention to detail. Love it!!!Product arrived on time and was exactly as expected.
