Detective Walters, often becomes involved in crimes that, to put it bluntly are baffling and complicated. This is the case when a math professor and his heiress wife learn their trusted butler has been murdered and a priceless emerald necklace has vanished. Despite the obvious evidence, Walters becomes convinced that they are interrogating the wrong suspect and is determined to find the truth.
